Crime is an international criminal syndicate seeking to become the most powerful mafia organization in the world. Backed by wealthy and influential sympathizers, the organization employs armies of leather-masked Crimers, robotic assassins, and cyborg monsters to carry out elaborate schemes involving theft, terrorism, assassination, and global conquest.

Though it appears to be a human-led criminal empire, Crime is later revealed to be a cover for the mysterious entity Shine, who manipulates the organization in an attempt to dominate Earth.

Iron Claw is the silver-robed figurehead and "Godfather" of the Crime organization. Though he appears human at first, he is later revealed to be a cyborg, much like J.A.K.Q. and Big One.

His right hand is a powerful mechanical claw capable of firing talon-like missiles. It can also detach from his body and attack enemies independently. A master of disguise, Iron Claw frequently assumes different identities, including disguises of multiple genders, to infiltrate and manipulate his enemies.

He is also a longtime rival of Big One, with the two having crossed paths several times before the final battle against Crime.

Warrior Iron Claw is Iron Claw's ultimate combat form, revealing him as a fully armored silver-bodied super cyborg. In this form, he becomes a far more dangerous opponent, built for direct battle against J.A.K.Q. and Big One.

He is ultimately defeated by the Big Bomber during the final battle of the series.

Shine is revealed near the end of the series as the true mastermind behind Crime. Said to have come from the second star of the Shine Galaxy, this mysterious entity uses Crime as a tool in its attempt to conquer Earth.

Shine creates the super cyborg Great King Icarus to seize control of Crime from Iron Claw and destroy J.A.K.Q. However, the truth behind Shine is eventually exposed by Spade Ace and Heart Queen. Rather than being a living alien being, Shine is revealed to be an artificial intelligence.

After its identity is uncovered, Shine is driven away from Earth and forced back into space.

Crimers are the foot soldiers of the Crime organization. Their mission is to spread fear, commit violent crimes, and help turn Japan into a crime-ridden nation under Crime's control.

They wear dark purple masks and gray uniforms and are commonly armed with Sten Mark II submachine guns. Though usually deployed as disposable soldiers, they are often used in large numbers to support Machine Monsters, Invader Robots, and Crime's larger operations.

The Devil Sharks Fighters are Crime aircraft piloted by Crimers. These attack planes feature distinctive disk-like wings and are used for aerial assaults, pursuit missions, and support during large-scale Crime operations.

Crime Fortress Island serves as one of the organization's primary headquarters. From this hidden base, Iron Claw and his forces coordinate their criminal operations, deploy Crimers, and launch attacks against ISSIS and J.A.K.Q.
