Rikuo Byakuya is a former super idol who becomes GozyuLeon, the blue warrior of the Gozyugers. Charismatic, polished, and skilled at reading people, Rikuo uses his charm as naturally as he uses his combat abilities.

After an incident costs him his place in the entertainment world, Rikuo becomes one of the outcasts drawn into the battle for the Sentai Rings. His confidence sometimes borders on arrogance, but it is backed by discipline, strategy, and a desire to reclaim his own stage.
