A new team of Power Rangers are trained at the S.P.D. Academy by Commander Cruger to defend the Earth against the advancing evil forces of Emperor Gruumm.
The S.P.D. Academy is located inside Delta Base, which has its own Command Center, recreation room, and Simudeck.
